These journeys can be contextualized based on various attributes such as Country, Entity, Location, Business Unit, or Department, ensuring a tailored onboarding experience.
Each task within the journey is tracked and monitored within the system, allowing HR to oversee progress. Additionally, reminders, target durations, and preceding task dependencies can be configured to ensure timely completion and a seamless onboarding process.
