Previously, when users applied filters and attempted to export search results in the Redwood versions of the Locations, Departments, Jobs, and Positions flows, the system exported only a subset of the matching records, which was inconsistent with user expectations. This limitation affected users who needed to extract a full dataset based on specific filters.
With the recent fix, the export functionality has been enhanced to ensure that all matching records, up to the system-defined maximum of 11,000 records, are included in the export. This ensures consistency between what is shown in the UI and what gets exported, improving data completeness and enabling more reliable reporting and analysis from the exported files.
