Q: Are pulse surveys only between employees and managers?
A: Yes, in Touchpoints, pulse scores are visible only to employees and their managers.


Q: Can pulse surveys be made anonymous?
A: They cannot be made anonymous. The pulse scores are attributed to employees for meaningful manager conversations.


Q: Can surveys support open-ended questions?
A: Surveys can include open-ended text response questions.


Q: Can the manager initiate and assign the surveys?
A: Currently only HR administrators can initiate and assign surveys.


Q: Can Touchpoints check-in be pulled into the performance document?
A: Touchpoints check-ins are not pulled into the performance document at this time.
