List of questions for recuritng cloud that you can ask from the client during requirement gathering

  • Please provide a brief description of your current recruitment process. List down the steps involved
  • Are your current recruiting processes consistent across the organization? If not, briefly describe the variance reason
  • Are the variances due to unique requirements based on locality, unions, geography, country, business division, special industry needs, and/or employee types?
  • Do you have existing career sites? If so, please list them below. Please give the URL
  • Do you have job boards like LinkedIn etc? Please share the list of job boards with contracts.
  • Do you have background check vendors? Please list the names of the background check vendors
  • Please mention a few details you use currently while creating a vacancy/requisition.
  • Who are the users/stakeholders involved in the recruitment process?
  • Is there a data segregation involved for different entities? If yes what level of segregation?
  • Do you have a standard selection process or a different one based on Jobs/Positions?
  • Do you have a standard application flow? Meaning the list of fields that the candidate fills while applying for a job
  • Who will manage the candidates like shortlisting, interviewing, etc.?
  • Do you wish to have an automatic/Manual Requisition Number generation method?
  • Please specify the Requisition Number Starting Value if the requisition number is selected as automatic above
  • Do you wish to enable LinkedIn integration? Please note that the client should have a LinkedIn paid account for this integration
  • Would you wish to enable the "Chatbot" feature? This feature is for a chat option to enable candidate experience
  • Would to like to enable bulk email or Campaign Management options to enable
  • Please specify the email batch limit if the above response for Campaign Management is yes
  • Would you like to use the requisition template option?
  • Would to wish to enable the "Legal Disclaimer" option for the candidate? Meaning candidates get a Legal Disclaimer while applying for a job?
  • Would you like to enable the "E-Signature" feature for candidates
  • Would you like to enable the "Campaign Opt-In" feature for candidates
  • Please mention the candidate selection process

  • Do you wish to inform candidates about applications, interviews, and offers via SMS?
  • Do you currently have an employee referral program
  • How is the onboarding process of candidates like? What are the steps/tasks involved in the onboarding process?
