Why Can’t Owners See Attachments in Offboarding Journey Tasks?

If an employee (performer) adds an attachment during an offboarding task, the owner won’t see it in the email or alert they receive. That’s because Oracle’s alert notifications don’t support file attachments. To view them, the owner needs to open the task from the Journey page inside Oracle Fusion, not just rely on the notification.
