Document Type approval is set as auto approve but still showing the message that Approval in progress

I have investigated and found that this is not related to only document records, it is happing for all approval where we have configured the conditions. When the approval is set to Auto Approve, an approval task is in progress status. So, there is a delay between submitting the transaction to completing the transaction. Hence users see that message displayed.


Saved the record during hiring process and not able to find it

Suppose: when we are doing the hire an employee process and by mistake, we have clicked on the Save and Close button instead of Submit then you will be able to find the record in the bell notification.


The system not accepting zero as a prefix

We have checked the system behavior and identified that this will not work. If we have the person starting with 000001, then the system will remove all the 0's from the prefix and it will show as 1.


Name changes is not showing after change the name format

Not able to access the list of document types

Either you don't have access to any document type, or your roles do not include the following aggregate privilege - "Use REST Service - HR Document Types List of Values", check the document security profile and see if the required document type is added or not.

You need to check your “From Date” in AOR, you are creating your AOR before employee hire. You can't create the AOR before employee hire date. Please change the from date to a date after hire date and it should work fine.
